Limitations and Customer Rights: We, REEMS Exchange, offer services to our customers based on the working hours of the branch and availability of the currency.
Acknowledgement - Customer
Hereby, I acknowledge the receipt of the Key Fact Statement and am aware of the availed product service’s features, charges, cost, risk associated with, charges and the consumer rights and responsibilities. I do agree that Reems Exchange reserves the right to provide services at its discretion, subject to changing of terms and conditions.
Cautionary Statement
Customers must ensure they have sufficient funds prior to executing FCY transactions. Once done, the customer cannot withdraw or cancel the transaction. The rates agreed between the customer and Reems exchange remain unchanged and it is in the discretion of Reems Exchange, if any time frame has been agreed earlier between the customer and Reems Exchange.
Terms and Conditions
- After the completion of the FCY transaction, it cannot be cancelled or amended. It can be repurchased with the prevailing rates.
- Reems Exchange will not bear any responsibility regarding currency accuracy once the customer has left the branch.
- Reems Exchange holds the right to decline customer request or service, if the customer fails to provide the required information , providing false or incorrect information, not complying with the procedures as required by the applicable law.
Reems Exchange- Sole Establishment. Licensed by the Central bank of the UAE reserves the right to amend or add further as required by law of land or internal policies of Reems Exchange. Any such changes will be communicated to the customers through all the applicable mediums.
